4. Storage period

We store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Enquiries submitted via the contact form are stored for up to 2 years from the date of receipt.
Hereafter the information will be deleted, unless other legislation requires longer retention (e.g. the Bookkeeping Act).

We use the following third-party suppliers who may receive your information:

HubSpot Inc. (USA) — CRM system and website tracking. HubSpot is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We have entered into a data processing agreement with HubSpot.
One.com (Denmark/EU) — web hosting for arinn.dk
WPForms — contact form plugin. Data is processed on our server at One.com.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
